Background check and health screening

As a New Hampshire home care provider, state regulations require agencies to verify caregiver eligibility before placement with clients. Consistent with NH RSA 151:2-c and related licensing rules, this authorizes a New Hampshire State Police and national criminal background check, a check of the NH DHHS Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services abuse or neglect registry, a motor vehicle record check if the position involves transporting clients, and verification of any professional license claimed above.

Are you able to perform the physical duties of caregiving, with or without reasonable accommodation?
Are you willing to complete a TB screening or health assessment as required by NH home care regulations?
