Colleen St. Onge
Director of Client Care
When you choose Seasons of Life, a licensed nurse is guiding your loved one's care from the very first day.
Colleen has spent nearly two decades caring for seniors across Southern New Hampshire. She began her career in 2007 at The Courvilles in Nashua, where she spent fourteen years as charge nurse on a dementia and Alzheimer's unit, leading the care team through the most demanding situations senior care can bring. She then served as a nurse in assisted living and memory care communities in Bedford, Allenstown, and Londonderry, where she supervised caregivers, managed medications, triaged residents' health concerns, and trained new staff.
That experience shapes how Seasons of Life cares for your family. Colleen knows how to spot the early signs of change that others miss: a shift in mood, a new unsteadiness, a meal left untouched. She knows how to keep someone living with dementia calm, safe, and engaged, and how to reassure the family members who love them. Few home care agencies have this depth of hands-on memory care leadership.
As Director of Client Care, Colleen sets the care standards, trains and guides every caregiver, and oversees the quality of every visit. Our caregivers aren't working alone. They have a seasoned nurse behind them, and your family has one on your side.

She makes every family feel like our only client.
Sarah is the engine behind our day to day operations, coordinating caregiver schedules, handling client communication, and getting every detail right so our care team can focus fully on the people they serve.
She brings deep experience coordinating services in the home and managing healthcare offices. She has run scheduling and client relations for a busy home services company and managed the front office of a chiropractic practice, making complex logistics feel effortless.
Trust is Sarah's trademark. For years, Lakes Region families have handed her the keys to their homes through her private pet care business, and she spent nearly four years as a trusted volunteer with the New Hampshire Humane Society. Reliable, discreet, and genuinely caring, Sarah brings the same white glove attention to every family we serve.

Kimberly Musekiwa
Director of Community Relations
Someone who listens first, and never lets a family feel alone.
Kimberly Musekiwa is the heart of Seasons of Life and of our family. As a mother of three, the leader of our household, and a devoted dog mom to Charlie, she understands firsthand what it takes to hold a family together through every season of life.
That is why families trust Kimberly. She is honest, deeply caring, and able to connect with people in a genuine way. She understands the challenges families face because she lives the responsibilities, joys, and pressures of family life every day. Her role at Seasons of Life is rooted in making sure families throughout Southern New Hampshire feel seen, supported, and never alone as they navigate important decisions about care.
Kimberly is also a proven entrepreneur and business leader. She is the founder of The Hair Lounge LLC, a thriving Nashua salon owner. Through her warmth, reliability, professionalism, and commitment to building authentic relationships, she has developed a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the community.
Her journey reflects both drive and compassion. Kimberly earned her Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training and previously worked in a nursing home environment, giving her an understanding of what quality care should look and feel like for older adults and their families. Before launching her own business, she also built leadership experience in retail management, where she increased production by 9% and earned a Visual Merchandiser Award for her performance and creativity.
Today, Kimberly brings that same work ethic, leadership, and heart to Seasons of Life. As Director of Community Relations, she helps ensure that every family we serve across Southern New Hampshire knows they have someone in their corner, someone who will listen, care, and help connect them with the support they need.

Care starts with understanding the whole person.
Tafadzwa founded Seasons of Life on a simple belief: an older adult's needs go far beyond the physical. They are emotional, relational, and deeply personal.
With a master's degree in counseling and a background in education and community leadership, he built Seasons of Life around listening first. He's a familiar face at community events across Southern New Hampshire and believes deeply in education, the same belief behind how we train and support every caregiver. He assembled a nurse-led care team, set a high bar for everyone we hire, and made one promise to every family: your loved one will be treated with the dignity, independence, and respect they deserve.
